This car is a customer restoration project. Needs new a complete new front end and minor repairs to the front floor sections. Has had two colour changes in its life and is about to have another.
Going on to 10" wheels with disc brakes. Engine is staying the same 998 as fitted originally.
Paint looks a lot better than it is in real life. As does the bodywork.
Car is moving along. All rear end of the car sorted. New brakes, shocks, bodywork ready for primer. New door skins fitted along with 'A' panels. New front end going on next week. Then engine painted back in. New front disc brakes for 10" wheels fitted. Brand new 10" Minilite style wheels with new 165/70 Yokohama 008 tyres. Interior has been colour changed to match the exterior blue as has the boot and engine bay. New carpets and door cards fitted. New sports seats. Car is going Teal Blue with white roof. No wheel arches, to look like Mk3 Cooper S.
Car now sorted, MOT'd and returned home for the owner to finish off the minor interior stuff.
